White wine-steamed crab claws with parsley, chilli and shallot
An excellent crab meal for the weekend, for a party, or just when you want something good.
Ingredients
White wine-steamed crab claws with parsley, chilli and shallot
- kg Crab claws
- Shallots, finely chopped
- Garlic cloves
- Chilli, finely chopped
- tbsp Parsley, finely shredded
- ml White wine
- ml Cream
Instructions
White wine-steamed crab claws with parsley, chilli and shallot
Fry the shallot, chilli and garlic in a little oil until glossy.
Add the white wine and cream. Let it reduce for about 2 minutes.
Crack open some of the shell on the crab claws, put the claws in the pan and cover with a lid.
Steam everything for 2-3 minutes (until the claws are heated through).
Fold in the parsley right at the end and serve.
